WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering all customer questions/concerns regarding their company’s products, policies, and services. The Customer Care Specialist is also responsible for communicating effectively with the customer care team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Answer customer phone calls and de-escalate unsatisfied customers.
2. Exhibits genuine concern for customers and always conducts oneself appropriately and
4. Manages customer cases and resolves issues in a timely manner and in a way that is satisfactory to the customer.
5. Communicates via email, telephone and text message with customers, manufacturers and representatives.
6. Takes detailed notations in customer files while communicating verbally with customers, representatives and manufacturers.
7. Works together with internal departments and maintains positive relationships with departments in the organization.
8. Researches manufacturer updates and communicates findings to team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
